Overall - well-run and modern place with extremely helpful staff from the boss to the room cleaners. Very central location, within a close distance from Cat Monument. And so close to the alley in the back, Kuching and the surrounding area and the beautiful Borneo national parks.

It was really enjoyable stay, I appreciated outstanding food.
Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with VERY comfortable bedding and basic amenities, for example; everyone is welcome here. The location was particularly good, for example, Kuching Waterfront Bazaar Lively Market was just a short walk away from the hotel. There was a simple restaurant, the main shopping center and a shopping mall next door.

The room I stayed in had a large and comfortable bed, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The rain shower in the bathroom had ample hot water, making it a delight to freshen up. The staff at Limetree Hotel were friendly, cute, and always ready to assist. The hotel offers convenient transportation options for airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were excellent. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, both Western and Asian. I had a satisfying stay at Limetree Hotel.
One drawback was the noise from the street, particularly at night. It would have been perfect if the hotel had soundproof windows to minimize the disturbance.

executive suite is a big spacious room with huge commercial type windows which you can open for some fresh morning air
1. the shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor due to poor rubber sealing 2. Airconditioning very loud, room has no fan alternative

I recently stayed at The Limetree Hotel for a week-long trip and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel's location, just around the corner from the city center, was perfect for exploring. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so I didn't have to rely on room service every day. The hotel also had ample parking space, which was convenient. I must mention the delicious Laksa Sarawak and Mee Goreng Mamak that I ordered from room service - they were top-notch. I was very satisfied with my stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Reasonable room rates, free wi-fi, free use of computers in the lobby, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness, rooftop bar and good free breakfast. The free welcome drink is much appreciated. Astro TV(satellite TV) is a nice touch. The location is not bad. I stayed here for six days.
There could be some variation in the breakfast menu so that those who stay longer have something to look forward to. And how about a discount on room rates for those who stay for more than three days? The wash basin tap on/off mode is a bit tricky to use. I'd prefer a normal tap.
